This Pricing Schedule is part of the Broker.farm Agreement, together with the Broker.farm Terms of Service and the applicable Data Processing Agreement. It sets out the standard offer for business customers.

Broker.farm offers a one-time free Message Credit allowance and free AI Analysis of eligible historical messages under the conditions below. The free offer does not require a subscription or a minimum paid purchase.

Historical Messages: Free for each newly connected source

The initial import and AI Analysis of eligible Historical Messages from each newly connected, authorised email or WhatsApp source are provided without deducting Message Credits, including where the source is added after the initial Onboarding.

Messages received or sent after the source's initial historical import are treated as Live Messages and are subject to the ordinary credit rules. Reconnecting the same source or importing duplicate Messages does not create a new entitlement to free AI Analysis.

5,000 Free Message Credits — from account activation

The Customer receives 5,000 Free Message Credits when its Organisation Account is activated following acceptance of the Agreement.

Eligible Live Messages submitted for AI Analysis consume Message Credits from the time the relevant Connected Source begins live processing, including during Onboarding. Historical Messages qualifying for free analysis under the Terms do not reduce this allowance.

CONDITIONS OF THE FREE ALLOWANCE

• The 5,000 Free Message Credits are granted once per Customer organisation.
• There is no monthly or annual renewal of the free allowance.
• Free Credits have no fixed expiry date while the Agreement remains in force.
• Free Credits are not transferable between separate organisations and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Reconnecting sources, repeating Onboarding, reactivating an account or registering the same organisation again does not grant another initial allowance.
• The availability of historical messages depends on the relevant email or WhatsApp integration and its technical limitations.

BUY ADDITIONAL CREDITS

• Purchase one package or several packages together.
• Top up before your current balance reaches zero.
• No recurring fees, automatic top-ups or charges without a new purchase.
• Purchased Credits have no fixed expiry date while the Agreement remains in force.
• Your final price, tax treatment and total amount are shown before payment through the checkout.
• A purchase is added to the Organisation Account after successful payment confirmation.

HOW CREDITS ARE USED

1 Message Credit = 1 successfully completed chargeable AI Analysis of 1 Message.

Credits are deducted for the first successful chargeable AI Analysis of an eligible individual email or WhatsApp Message, whether incoming or outgoing.

A conversation or email thread may contain multiple separately chargeable Messages. Historical Messages that do not qualify for free analysis under the Terms may also consume Credits.

The following do not consume additional Message Credits:

• Receiving, sending, importing or storing a Message without AI Analysis.
• AI Analysis of Historical Messages qualifying for free analysis under the Terms.
• Messages from contacts marked Ignored, while they remain excluded from AI Analysis.
• Messages from unclassified senders while they are awaiting the Customer's classification decision.
• Attachments analysed as part of the same Message; no separate Credit is deducted for an attachment.
• Repeating AI Analysis of a previously analysed Message using the Read again function.
• Technical retries or duplicate processing caused by a Service failure.

Messages from Ignored contacts and unclassified senders may continue to be stored without AI Analysis. If a previously unanalysed Message from an unclassified sender later becomes eligible for its first chargeable AI Analysis, the applicable credit rules apply. Messages stored during a zero-credit period are governed separately by the selected version of Section 9.7 of the Terms.

Free Credits are consumed before Purchased Credits. If the Customer has several Purchased Credit packages, the oldest package is used first.

The available balance and relevant consumption information are displayed in the Service or provided on request.

WHEN YOUR CREDIT BALANCE REACHES ZERO

When the Message Credit balance reaches zero, further chargeable AI Analysis is paused.

For the next 30 calendar days, Broker.farm continues receiving and storing new Messages and attachments from active Connected Sources, subject to the availability and technical limitations of the relevant integrations and third-party services.

During this period:

• New Messages are stored without chargeable AI Analysis.
• No Message Credits are deducted merely for receiving or storing Messages.
• Messages awaiting AI Analysis may not appear in the ordinary analysed-message views.
• The Customer can replenish its balance by purchasing additional Message Credits when paid top-ups are available.

Approximately 15 calendar days after the balance reaches zero, the Organisation Administrator receives a reminder about the upcoming suspension of Message collection.

If the balance remains at zero for 30 calendar days, Broker.farm stops collecting new Messages from Connected Sources and may disable the affected integrations.

Reconnecting a source later may not restore Messages received by an external email or WhatsApp service during the interruption. Recovery depends on the relevant third-party provider's technical capabilities and retention rules.

Analysing pending Messages after a top-up

After the Customer replenishes its balance, Broker.farm informs the Customer about available Messages stored during the zero-balance period.

The Customer can decide whether to submit those Messages for AI Analysis.

Each eligible Message successfully analysed from this backlog consumes 1 Message Credit. Merely storing the backlog does not consume Credits.

If the balance is exhausted again, further chargeable AI Analysis is paused.

REACTIVATION AND UNUSED CREDITS

If the Customer replenishes its balance before the Agreement ends, chargeable AI Analysis may resume in accordance with the Terms of Service.

If Message collection has already been stopped, the Customer may need to reconnect or reauthorise its Connected Sources.

Reactivation or reconnection does not grant another initial Free Credit allowance and does not guarantee recovery of Messages missed during the interruption.

Running out of Credits does not itself delete Customer Data or terminate the Agreement. Continued inactivity may lead to suspension, termination and deletion under Section 19 of the Terms of Service.

Unused Purchased Credits are subject to the refund and termination rules in Sections 11 and 19 of the Terms of Service. Voluntary termination does not create an automatic right to a refund merely because Credits remain unused.

CHANGES AND SPECIAL OFFERS

This Pricing Schedule applies to new account allowances and purchases made under this version. We may publish a new version for new customers and future top-ups. Previously granted or purchased Message Credits are not reduced by a later price or package change.

Any individually agreed commercial conditions must be accepted by both parties and do not change the standard public offer for other customers.
